Supercharger?

Supercharger?
I am looking to add a supercharger in the spring/early summer. Any opinions would be great for me. 08 GT 5 speed with 20's on it about 9 months out of the year. 3.73 gears are on the way as we speak. I was looking at edelbrock and whipple although im open. I heard that edelbrocks are outperforming whipples on a regular basis now a days and that they come with the most complete kit and have more room to upgrade later.

the e- force is nice looking but I think the whipple will gain you more hp/tq and that sweet terminator whine!

Problem is that brenspeed will do it with a tune for less than I can find around here unless anyone knows of anything but they only install e force and saleen from what i understand.

Check with JJ at Woodbine. He's a Whipple dealer and does great work and prices have always been good and fair.

I will and I believe he lives right up the street from me. I didn't know he was a whipple dealer.

Re: Supercharger?
I've had my Saleen on since spring of 2008 and love it. I always rock 20" wheels and went from 3.55 up to 4.10 gears.
It is a bit aggressive but I like it.
If you are keeping a stock engine then all the kits have plenty to max it out so worrying over a few digits that show up on a dyno is useless.
Do make sure your suspension and tires are capable of handling the power. They make a huge difference at higher power levels.
