My brother is having his 24th birthday party at Mex's in Powerplant in Baltimore on Saturday Nov 12th with drink specials from 2200-0100 (10pm-1am).
It is no cover if you say you are with Joe Kovacevich, there is no cover charge and drinks range from $2 drafts to $5 top shelf mixed drinks.
It should get pretty rowdy.
