Got the iPhone 4 today

Well I was sick and tired of my blackberry and its limits and issues (friggin rollerball), and my plan with Verizon expired a few months ago, and I had been battling with myself whether or not to switch phone carriers from Verizon to AT&T because I was paying a ridiculous monthly fee, but I loved the fact theat I always have service. Well after asking friends opinions they all suggested that I stick with Verizon as AT&Ts service isn't what its made out to be in the commercials.

So I ordered the iPhone 4 (I know that the iPhone5 is coming soon or is already out) but this is more technology than I can shake a stick at with this version. I have just started the switch over process from old phone to new and it's a bit overwhelming.

Made a mistake already of clicking sync my contacts thinking my old phone contacts, turned out it loaded on my phone the entire history of people who have emailed me at work or who I have emailed. Not what I wanted or intended to do.

Good news is I reduced my monthy bill by $40 and have a new toy to play with.

iPod, Ipod nano (x3), Ipod touch, iMac, Macbook (x2), iLife, iWork, iPhoto, iMovie, iTunes, iChat and even the iPad.....

But, I have no iPhone...... damn I want one of those.... seriously....

Thanks! I'm glad I bought a protective cover for it right away from ifrogs (tire tread) cover because I dropped my phone today from my ear to the ground (close to 6' as I'm 6'3") totally took the hit no issues! I'm impressed to say the least

I'm with you, I had the Torch, the latest and greatest from Blackberry, and yes, it was like using an antique after playing around with different friends iphones and Androids, so I did it too, now mind you, I dont "I" anything, itunes, no way, Amazon has the same thing in good old fashion mp3 format, that I can move wherever I like, and I dont need no special program, folder view baby, I'm not getting locked into apple, Period.

But I got to tell you, I love my new Android, Samsung Infuse 4.5 inch screen, and DAMN! the video resolution is off the hook.

Blackberry is on there way out if they dont get with the program, there tablet the Playbook is great, all they need to do is shrink it and put a phone in it and it will be up with the Iphone and Android, oh and fix the browser, but I dont see them doing it, and once you lose a customer, its harder to get them back then to get new ones.

I agree Ed, if Blackberry and R.I.M. (Reseach In Motion) don't wake up to compete with the iPhone, Droid, Android and several others they will be changing the name to R.I.P.

They thought that their market share would be loyal. LOL!
We just upgraded to Exchange 2010 at work and decided we aren't going to bother upgrading our BES for the one user we had left. RIP Blackberry.
