Burger Bitch got a new name?

I was watching "That 70`s show" last night and realized that "Burger Bitch" (Chris) is "Fez" in real life. Look at the similarities,
-"The name "Fez" is short for "foreign exchange student, (He`s from Oregon which is foreign enough)
Despite the difference in spelling
-His friends know Fez' real name but consider it unpronounceable. (Try to pronounce Chris`s last name?)
-Watch the show and tell me if thats not Chris.
Besides they could be brothers. Can someone post a pic of both of them together? ROTFL

I'm fairly sure they are twins, I found an old School picture of the 2 of them from back in Oregon
