if you don't have a temperature controlled booth Ryan to paint it, you'd be wise to wait until late sept/early october when it is less humid and cooler, even with a slow reducer, with temps as they are now it'll be tough to control the rate at which it cures, often in weather like we have now, it'll dry from the outside in and the primers as well as the paint/clear will do some fun stuff....Been there done that oneRTW0223 wrote:alright so i have decided that my friend and i are going to paint my car... the same color... and i was wondering... does anyone know where i can buy the paint from or does anyone have any hook ups?

yeah my friend has a 2 car garage, not sure if its climate controlled though. i have a friend who's dad has a paint shop im gonna see if once all prep work is done if we can use a booth of his to spray it all down
but i will get to all the paint stuff after this weekend

^^^cool.....and fyi, any automotive paints store will have all the stuff, just make sure the reducer is for the temp range in which you'll be painting
