Sweet! I've never heard the Pypes on a V6, but they sound pretty decent on the v8

Re: pypes exhaust
Those are loud. I had to take them off of my v6. My son was holding his ears in the back seat.

Re: pypes exhaust
that's funny... i heard the complete opposite about the violaters. granted i had macs on mine. if you're looking to upgrade, magnaflows are a good compromise. i wouldn't suggest macs unless you have the shaker 500 and don't mind a LOT of drone. otherwise -- macs, in my opinion, are the best sounding for the s197 4.0's

Re: pypes exhaust
They're Street Pros with the kit not violators. They drone a lot.

I liked the sound. It was just too loud for the kids.

Re: pypes exhaust
Perhaps Bob T's garage for install. He has a lift and I'd say without a doubt that is the easiest way for doing work under the car!
If he doesn't at the time, I have my stock mufflers just sitting in the storage unit.

Bring it up. Throw me a few bucks and you can use the lift and tools.
