FS 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham
For Sale is my 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. This car was purchased brand new by my grandfather, and was given to me by my grandmother after he died.
I have had this car for about 10 years and it pains me to sell it, but I can't keep it at my ex-wife's house anymore and I have no place to keep it.
I parked the car 4 years ago, used stabil in the gas tank to prevent the gas turning into varnish, and put a car cover on it to protect it from the sun....
The battery was brand new and disconnected when parked, although I did have to put a full charge on it, the car started on the 2nd turn of the key after a long nap. And purrs like a kitten.
Because the car has sat for as long as it has all 4 tires are flat spotted, and will need to be replaced, also after I let the car run for a while before moving it for the first time, I found out rather quickly that the brake line
ruptured the first use, so that will need to be replaced as well. Also needs a shot of freon (Been converted to R134) and has a dent in the right rear door that can be pulled out with the right tools, drivers side door mirror is loose (mirror only not the housing)
The car cleans up nicely and I always got compliments where ever I drove or parked it.
The car has 30,797 ORIGINAL miles, has the 4.1 liter V8 4100 fuel injected engine, Interior is clean.
$4000 obo
Here are a few pics taken with my cell phone.

I don't want to sell it, and I know I will regret it! I even regret the thought of it, I spoke to my ex-wife and instead of having to be gone by sunday (June 5) I have until the 18th of June. So my plan is to get 4 cheap used tires and repair the brake line and find somewhere to stash the car. Unfortunately because I rent the upstairs of my house, I cant park it in my driveway (goes with the rent) I park on the street.
So BOB any open spot in WESTMINSTER for my pride & joy?
