GT500 Hood

Post by DarkNightV6 on Sat May 07, 2011 8:53 am

Ok so i was looking around and wanted to see why the GT500 hood wont fit a non gt500 front end. There is a gap where the hood raises. so if anyone knows where i can get a cheaper gt500 hood, id like to pick one up.

Cervini has a heat extractor hood that is somewhat similar and made to fit the non GT500 front. Sure it's pricey though when you're looking for inexpensive...

Yeah. Hoods and paint are not cheap. Your best bet is to get in a car accident when it is the other person's fault and just upgrade then. Lol.
I ordered all my body parts off Stage3Motoraports and called John in sales. He always gives a decent discount.
Or try surfing the other forums if you have more time than you do money. I'm just impatient...
Do check Cervinis. I love them. I'd marry them if they weren't in Jersey

hahahaha Alex... I told you about it when I had it... Just sold it to the guy for $75! He actually put it on his GT... Didn't look bad. I texted it to Bob and John.. Have them text it to you so you can groan in remorse.

I know but I thought there was a serious reason it wouldn't work without the front end. Now that i know its only a small gap im kicking myself in the ass about it.
