A dear friend
A really good friend and a great man died Friday night. Tyrone Jamal was on his way home from work, fell asleep and ran off the road and died. I guess what I am trying to say is that....... If you are tired, dont push it, stay a few minutes longer and get a power nap or whatever. Its not worth putting your life at risk and hurting your family and friends. Just a thought, not a serman. He was 37 years old, had 4 beautiful kids and a beautiful wife. Thank you to everyone on this forum for letting me vent a little....

Sorry to hear Randy. Prayers sent to you and his family.
I agree 100% with you when it comes to driving tired. I have had some close calls in the past. Scared the crap out of me.

Sorry for your loss, and thoughts and prayers to his family.
I was in a bad car accident a long time ago as a passenger where the driver fell asleep (all 3 of us were sleeping) I woke up right before going into a ditch and wasnt able to wake the driver. lets just say dont ever want to go through that again

Re: A dear friend
So sorry to hear that, Randy...
I am also another who has been tired way too many times behind the wheel. It sure is a scary thing and there are times it definitely sneaks up on me after a few miles eventhough I felt totaly fine minutes before getting into the car!
