Water pump...?

What kind of water pump is this? I remember back when, I tried calling Ford and i gave them the casting number and apparently it was made in the 80's. Reason I'm asking is it's just been sitting in my garage unknown and I may also be replacing the water pump when we go to do my gaskets in May.

standard SBF water pump. It has the duel side outlet for late model SBF

this may sound stupid, lol, but SBF aka small block ford?


and is there a way to test it to see if it works other than installing it?

Wont work on yours, yours is a reverse rotation for serpentine belt
