Heated seats

Post by svtwin73 on Fri Feb 04, 2011 6:44 pm

My factory heated seats stopped working, this happened today! I have power to the switch, but have no heat. I haven't checked for power yet, but from the schematic, there is a relay for it. Anyone have any idea where that might be? Under the hood or under the dash? Ford schematics/lay out does not help.

Ok, so it's just the drivers side, and the relay is under the drivers side dash.

Probably is a tsb, my meter is at work, so I can't check it. The drivers side relay energizes but no heat. Looking at the wiring schematic, it could be the seat thermostat or a broken wire. I've got the extended warranty, so I'll see how that goes!
