August 21st End of Summer Burn out

Post by Droptop306 on Sun Aug 15, 2010 10:25 am

OK guys and gals, We have less than 7 days now to the summer cookout at our home. I would like to get a head count so that we can prepare. If everyone that plans to attend could rsvp by Wednesday that would be great. I need to know how many parking spots I need to reserve for out front of my home. I plan to park all Mustangs in front of my home. I am looking to have everyone over around noon or later and goes until whenever. Here are the plans:
Weather looks great now
Pool so bring swimming suits and towels
Horseshoes
Pool Table, Darts, volleyball, bean bag toss
DJ
Food, soda and water, beer "Budweiser"
If you would like to bring something, a side dish or beer would be great. If anyone likes to drink and wants a place to lay there head we have plenty of room just bring a pillow and blanket. Last party went to 4am......

Please pm me no later than wednesday and i will forward you my address and cell number. You will have a blast trust us!

Sorry to hear that guys. Will try to get some pics. Have not heard much feedback, maybe this was a bad choice of dates. I have one every year so whoever cant make this year there is always next. Hope to hear from everyone. Please get back to us by wednesday so I can prepare food wise and all.

BJ, sorry, but that date is on the NVMC's drag day that they've advertised since the winter. That runs from 8am-12pm. Laura and I are trying to figure out if we can do both and not be dead on our feet!

The following weekend we're out fishing on the bay with my boys and Dad, so that won't work for us unfortunately. Just a busy month man, so sorry. I hope to have better feedback later in the week for you.

Sweet guys that is cool. You dont have to have your mustang to come guys. Just want to get to know everyone a little better as for the car scene has really blew up for me and the wife and we want to get into it a little more next year. Hey Laura you and John driving together? Just want to try and rope off enough space for the mustangs. My neighborhood is full of them and we think this will be cool. Just bring your bathing suits and choice of drink. I will have everything else covered. I will be beat but ready to party by then. We just finished the garage roof two days ago and finished moving 6 ton of rock to make the horse shoe pits alot better and a walkway to our pool. I tore the carpet out of the garage and am now installing new carpet and making it into a bar lounge car garage. So as of right now I have two comfirmed for mustangs from patriots. Hey RanX let me know if you are coming and I will pm you the address.

I haven't talked with Laura yet about vehicles, but I think we're just coming over in the Expedition...
