HID's ??
I was gaining curiousity in getting HIDs for my stang seeing that my headlights now stink. Came across this... http://www.buyhidkits.com/6000khidkits.html leigt or not? where did you folks get yours from??

Hard to say. But the price is about what you would pay for for just low beam. Look on AM the hi/lo kit is like 280. my roommate got a 40 hid kit and has had no problems with it.

John and I both got ours from DDM tuning as linked above. Around $100 total

looking at ddm tuning as you said, you got the DDM HID Kit Slim Ballast (35W or 55W) correct? what wattage did you get or does it matter? did you get hi/lo? what are the hid harness and error eliminator?? and how long was shiping? lol

35w, dont go 50w if unless you want to take a chance of melting the housing. I got slim ballasts, John got standard. Both of us are using hi/lo setups in the headlights. the hid harness and error eliminators only appy to certain makes/models. I needed nothing extra. Depends if they are in stock. I'd say 10 business days average

yeah its either the slim ballast kit or the Apexcone Raptor HID Kit. and damn then i will have to have it shipped to school

i just called the guy and he said theres really no difference. But where would i look to see if i need the hid harness and eliminator codes?

i doubt you need them. the only differance is the size of the ballasts
