so after working on it pulling the turbo off 4 times in the 110 degree weather and running it pretty much without a turbo to help Bethel move, I decided I had enough of trying to line up the EGR cooler delete pipe, and sent it off to a diesel performance shop. They said the delete pip was welded a little cattywonkus making the turbo vband flange not totally seal... I knew this already... waiting on the huge bill from them...

ouch, thats not good. hopefully its lower than what you think it will be
