May 2010 Meet

So are we going to do the detailing, I'm sure a bunch of us would like to do it to get ready for OC.

I will only be home the first weekend of May and I believe there is a pretty good sized show at University of Maryland so I'll likely do that and try to post up info later

X2, I went last year and will never go back.
There's a nice variety of cars of classics, muscles, 800whp Supras, to twin turbo M3s, but the attitude amongst them is the same. If you're not pushing at least 400whp and run 11s in the 1/4, then you're a ricer/novice/you're not worthy of being amongst us.

weekends in May is pretty much shot for me. 1st- Nascar race at Richmond; 8th- Cowles Ford Mustang Show; 15th- going to PA for mothers day; 22-NOTHING; 29- Memorial Day weekend cruisin the blvd

What beach, I was talking about shaking up the snoots at the University show.
As for OC, I'll be at the mustang show on Saturday, and we will be down the ocean all weekend

I totally forgot about the detailing expo.

As for OC.. I'd like to just go chill, relax and have fun with ya'll, and maybe hit the beach.. and whatever else in between.

oh THAT show i forgot about that show since last time i went it was ricefest. only a few decent cars were there. but that would be a good idea for all of us to go there. plus i never seen too many stangs at that show. mostly dyno queen supras, exotics, evos, and of course the rice crowd

Yeah, May is pretty booked for me too. I'll see if we can sneak something in. If not, I just say we make OC our monthly meet. John and I are heading down there anywho.

My buddy used to help with the UMD meet, its...ehhh, big lot lots of cars and long food lines. But ive never seen more than a handfull of mustangs there. Im usuually the only fox there.

you bringing your car out this year. i may decide to make a comeback to this show

I'm with you on the OC thing Laura, if we do a car cleanup day it will most likely be a spur of the moment thing.
Hey Nancy, are you going to be able to go to OC?, love to have you, we just chill all day with the crowd at the MCOM Mustang show at Castaways, its a great time, I got see if it will be OK with the Owner of the duplex if we can have another Friday night party like we did last year, but I think they will be cool with it.

I requested May 20th off. Hopefully I will be able to take off and cruise down with ya'll and hang for a few days. Plus it'll be my early birthday weekend, so gotta party hardy
