Need a 98-04 to test my tuner

I purchased a Sniper Tuner to tune my car with after my modular swap but I cannot get it to connect with my pcm. I swapped my entire wiring harness so I might have connected something wrong or the tuner might be defective. That's why I need a working Mustang to try and read its pcm so I can determine which is at fault. Any volunteers?

Hey can you meet me in Pasadena tomorrow, and we can test it out, I have the sniper tuner as wall, and have gone threw a bunch of crap with them, but I think I mite be able to help, I'll PM you my #
