HID Fogs on my Expedition! Updated Headlights!!!

Put these on my 2007 Expedition, they are 3000k HID kit I got on E-bay. Waiting for the 5000k headlights to come in so I can install them also.

They were pretty simple to install. Took me 15 minutes tops.

Wow. My 98 Expedition's lights are dim as all get out. The headlamp glass has been buffed clear but still I think things can be brighter. Interested to hear how it goes.

I just got my HID kit for my foglights on the Stang I went with the 10000k and I also have the 8000k in my headlights going to be changing them to 10000k. I also have them in my truck I love them.

10,000k look nice but they are too blue for me. I keep it between 5000k-6000k. Looks closest to factory HIDs, BMW and such.

i agree. you have to watch with the 10000k too because they are SUPER blue and you will get pulled over for them as its illegal to have any blue lights on your vehicle. I have 5000k in my cobra. Anything more than 6000k attracts too much attention imo. 3000k is yellow, 4500-5000k is pure white, 6000k has a tiny hint of blue, and so on. Also the lower the Kelvin the more useable light they put out. Alot of people get confused and think the number is higher so it must be better. Not bashing you, just a warning/info

Thanks for the info 8000k is the highest u want to go to beable to see with but my foglights aren't real useful to me so since my car is blue it has a nice look to it and far as any trouble with any body I may have to just pull myself over, Lol but I may not change my headlights for that reason so I can still beable to see since I travel to and from work in most case at night and the roads I take r very dark I need as much light as I can get. Thanks for the Info though.
