Dark KnightV6--Right now,we just cruise Ritchie Hwy and might hang out for awhile in the Pep boys parking lot..but in a couple weeks we will be at Marley Station Mall with all the hot rodders,but we use the other parking lot on the side!!!

I can't give you an exact idea of what I'll find, just based on your description I can assume that's the issue, I just did a full rebuild on my 85 tranny and I bought a complete cluster kit = cluster gear, and gears 1-4 and a bearing and blocker ring kit and cluster kit was 300.00 and bearing/rebuild kit was 200.00, that is what I call a nearly full rebuild, and overhaul is just the bearing/blocker ring kit, the first thing to do is take it out and inspect all parts , then I make a list and let you know what it truely needs, that's the only/proper way to effectively repair /rebuild a manual tranny
