Well looked like i had to be the solo patriot along with christina. It was a good turnout with some nice cars. Here are the pics.

Not a bad turnout considering weather and time of year
I was thinking about joining in for this, but April was sitting in the driveway with a flat tire (nice big screw) and the tire shop was closed Fri/Sat. She's all fixed now! Nice pics, Alex!

Were all those pics taken in Auto mode (even your old cam pic)? If so, sun position can help or hinder your pics greatly! Playing around with the manual settings will help some, but sometimes the sun wins! I'm sure with yourself, Bronson and I now all with the same camera, we can hook up and try and figure it out

P.S. I know why your old cam pic turned out better in the above examples....I was in it!!!!

Looking at the EXIF, you had the saturation set to 'high' on the Panasonic. The Canon doesnt list what it was set to, but it looks like its not set the same.
John,
They were both taken in Auto, and the settings the camera chose were nearly identical.
Canon - 1/500, F4, ISO 80, 0 EV, Pattern metering
Panasonic - 1/500, F5, ISO 80, 0 EV, Pattern metering
