Thanks will. I will stick with the JBA then. Hey I was wondering if you could tell me if my car would be able to accept the lowering springs. You have seen how low it sits now with the ground effects. i just want to have it fill the wheel wells and look really sick. Or should I just have mine cut so that i can make them the right height instead of 1.5 inchs

Sorry been away.

Agree dont cut springs, especially progressive style like ours.

Eibach pro kit, or the Ford motorsport ones... Same spring.

I'll help too! VERY easy to install, and you don't need a spring compressor. Just some beefy men....LOL

Thanks, Will! I don't mind helping out if I'm not busy that day! I've already done or helped do the springs on 6 Stangs and 4 of those being the S197

If you do it Laura's way, make sure you're wearing gloves so you can keep your palms intact! Plus you may have to search the floor for your misplaced/scattered balls!

Sounds good to me. I will order them next week and let you guys know when they come in. We can either do them at my house in a heated garage or any where that is convenient for you guys. I think it is time to start sinking some cash into this thing. I will have beer and lunch. Just name your taste of choice. Thanks guys I appreciate the offer for the help I am always willing to learn as well. Not to mention the neighbors will love to see a bunch of stangs in my driveway.

Sounds good to me. With the upcoming weather, I'd easily pick a heated garage!

Alright tired of sitting around. I am going to order my ceramic long tube JBA's and shorted catted h pipe this afternoon. Supercharger put on hold until 2011 unless I hit the mega millions. Got alot in the works for 2010 right now. Is there anything else I need besided the polyurethane motor mounts. Any recommendations for which ones to buy

Lowering and long tube headers are a bad move, just my opinion. You'll get a nice sound and some performance but you'll regret the bottoming out part. Other than that welcome to the club!
