Turbo question

Ok so searching ebay and whatnot ive found a few turbos (just the turbo) for under $300. If i just got the turbo, is there anywhere that could make the piping and everything for it? if so any idea on how much it would run?

there is a guy on mustangforums who make his own turbo setup and it ran him about 3.5k in parts to do all the work... then after he bent a valve he built his motor...
