Didnt want to hijack other threads so i am starting this one. People started asking me about my sig and well its true. I did buy a new stang. I had no intentions of buying anything until the end of the year but this was too good to pass up. So here are the details...

2004 Screaming Yellow SVT Cobra, 1 of 299 coupes.
8,864 miles on the odo
Bone stock minus tinted windows

I bought the car on ebay from a place in Colorado and having it shipped here. Most likely it will arrive sometime the end of next week. So i've never actually seen the car in person. Here are a few pics from the ebay listing...

pink and yellow do NOT go well. Its mine. Heather is shopping for a Hummer now. I got her hooked on big vehicles. She can just run up on all the curbs with no fear of damaging rims.

Hey Nate if you get the car before Oct 17. You have to come up to MIR ( Maryland International Raceway). We are having our 2nd Anual Terminator Shootout and a cookout afterwards. Now I know you have been on here for a while, but this little event would be worth your while. You would also be able to get more info about your car. More than you can believe. Plus if you have any inclination about running it down the 1/4 mile this is the best place to learn how to do it. Trust me these cars are a whole new ball game with that D(#& IRS.

Things you should do when you get it.
- compression leak down.
-inspect for any signs mods have been done and removed.

First mod is usually a pulley. (ie smaller supercharger pulley).

Look into joining Mid Atlantic Cobra Association.
Cost nothing, the benefits you will not believe.
Group buys on parts, Lots of helpful club members who have tons of info and experience about these cars.
And these cars have very few similarities to there gt brothers.

I have been on svtperformance for some time now and heard about the event at MIR. Not sure if i can make it or not, sounds like a great time though. I joined MACA last night as well and i've read through the FAQS. Never done a compression leak down before. Maybe sometime we could meet up and you could just go over the car. Appreciate all the info. Thanks man
