Engine Failure again... might be done for good
Well I finally started ripping into my engine...
Somehow after 400+ miles and 30+ dyno runs at 7000rpm the follower slipped off the valve stem and bent it clean over... all while simple cruising...

That sucks, Will! I figured something was up when you were looking for an adapter for a compression tester.

Damn man that sucks. Sorry to hear that.
I'm guessing the piston hit the valve. Any other major damage?

F@%* dude, try a larger engine or less HP. Better to have a car that runs without fail

Well, if your engine building is as good as your picture taking, I see why you're having a problem.
Sorry to hear it Will, I'm sure you must be totally fed up by now.

Wow that sucks so bad. Was that the exaoust valve? It it could of been too much boost and the stem couldnt handle it. Do you have it camed? If it is it could be too much cam. If anything try looking for roller cams for the engine. That is if ur gonna get it fixed or get a new head.

It was hard to get the cam down in there, and it was too close to get it to focus right.

This is why I don't trust pump gas. I'm tuning with C16 and hope for the best.
