NVMC Drag Day June 27

I think I'm going through the same shyt as last year. Really concentrating on my bike again this year. Been doing a few things to it and have more plans for it this fall/winter. Like custom paint w/ any luck. Just to a point where I'm tired of throwing money at my car. I have only driven it once since getting back from OC. I've owned it since 94. It's the longest I've ever held onto a car. I think i'm bored w/ it. As you can see, I haven't been on here much either. I rode my bike down to Bethany for labor day weekend. Aside from getting caught up in traffic from an accident, it was very enjoyable.

Nothing wrong with that B. We all have our moments where we need to get away and take a break. No harm in that. Miss you and Suz though. Was just asking about you 2 the other day.........

Thank Girlie. Things have been very busy. I started a new day job a couple weeks ago and the hours changed at my evening job so no I go directly from one to another. Doesn't leave me a lot of free time but on the weekends. Then I still have regular chores to do and the rest of the time I mainly spend w/ Suz and the our boys.

Sorry to hear our teacher won't be making it this time out. I appreciate all the help and guidance at the last drag day. I hope I don't disappoint this time around, being out there on my own! haha!

Carlos, you will need a helmet since I'm pretty sure your car is faster than 14sec. Since it's a private track rental, they are pretty forgiving but that is prolly for cars that are borderline. I wore a helmet for a couple runs but I took it off and they didn't say anything to me. I was running anywhere from 13.72 to 14.4, though.

Yeah, I did stall, but it didn't stop me from beating your ass the next few times. We shall see how this one goes since we both will have our DRs!!
