rear sway bar snapped

Post by 95NYstang on Wed Jun 03, 2009 4:28 pm

when i picked up the UDP's last tuesday on my way back i notices some weird rattling noise underneath my car. at first i thought that i was one of my tail pipes, checked them they were nice and solid. then i went to a friend of mine and he said that it could be the spare, so we screwed it tight, but the noise didn't go away. today i went to Robbie(my other friend) we lifted the car up and right away he said that it's the sway bar, so check the pix

That does suck, but at least it wasn't something that could've caused an accident right away affraid

honestly i didn't notice any difference in handling. guess with sub frame connectors and eibach pro kit springs the car is solid enough. since we have a cruise on 14th i'll have to put a stock one on, a friend of mine is parting his 98 out and will give me his for free. but later when i get some cash i wanna buy the eibach anti roll kit. fond the whole kit(front and rear sway bars) for 275. not a bad deal
