Suspension question
So I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a set of Steeda sport springs and Tokico D-Specs. Did anyone who has this combo on an S197 need camber bolts or did you not need them? I figure I may as well go ahead and get them anyways. I've also read that the back end usually needs to be brought back into line on these cars after lowering so maybe an adjustable panhard bar also?

Damn, posted this in the wrong place. Can someone move it to Modular Stangs? Thanks.

Re: Suspension question
Yes, get an adj. panhard bar. It will help bring the ass end back to alignment. As for the camber plates, from what i believe the Steeda springs lower your car about an inch or so.....could be wrong. If you are going for an extreme drop, I would get the plates. If not, to keep things cheaper, you could just get some camber bolts.
And i just reread your post......you were asking about the camber BOLTS. Yes, I recommend getting these, as well as a adjustable panhard bar.

Re: Suspension question
I think plates are only recommended if you drop it 1.5" or lower. Then again I have a New Edge, I'm going with the Eibach Pro Kit and Tokico D-spec.
I was told to go with the CC Plates to align my baby
. If you can afford it get them now just in case you want a lower drop later.
The Panhard I don't know about it but l says go with it then her word is Bond Son..

Re: Suspension question
Laura/Dominican's right. With the Steeda springs, the drop isn't so severe that you need the caster camber plates. If you go lower, the plates for sure and definately the panhard. I put a panhard on with the Steedas as it was JUST slightly off center (the rear), but I could have got away with it. Not so with an extreme drop.

Re: Suspension question
Mine is dropped 1.75" up front and the Steeda camber plates are maxed out to keep me within spec
Less than 1.25" you should be fine with just camber bolts, but I'd recommend the adj panhard bar along with at least replacing the GT upper strut mounts with new or GT500 uppers ($65) as reusing the GT mounts can "pop" as they're a "one time use" part
