Re: Going to be long weekend
right now some electric extreme dragster cars have hit 100 mph the gas cars run anywhere from 20% -50% nitro methane and dragster are hitting 90 mph promods 80+ mph but depends on engine mod

So how much does somethin like that cost modded out. I used to race in door dirt oval electric and that wasn't cheap. I'm sure the gassers are more $$$

Re: Going to be long weekend
depends on what class gas cars are more expensive to start with engines and mods can get expensive a fast pro mod gas car could run 700 + to build new but you can always buy a used car any where 450 -600 . to build a new electric car 300 - 500 but there is always people selling because there track closed or lost interest. but the price depend on how fast you want to go

July 12
Aug. 28

All of these dates are sunday dates. They are not sketched in stone. I need some feedback from all of those who will be attending. If anyone sees a conflict somewhere speak now. If we have enough cars, that Quick 8 will turn into a Quick 16.
Here are the rules and classes once again.
Classes
2.00 index: Any car is allowed can not run faster than a 2.00
Outlaw Quick 8 or 16(depending car count) : Must be a Pro Mod or funny car. Run whatever combo you want. Run what you bring and hope you bring enough.
Entry Fees:[b[/b] $15 to enter MIR at each event. And a one time fee of $20 per class to run the points series
