I dont see us leaving until 10ish so we can all enjoy the cars at the cruise-in.

No plans as of now for a meet spot between the start and the museum unless someone needs it, post up info if needed and it would be good to have a contact # in case plans change.....

I was looking forward to going especially after my car has been sitting for a month for a needed clutch replacement. finished everything this evening and was happy to finally get it done but something is really messed up inside my trans and now it wont go in 2nd or 4th gear and the trans is screaming for its life while accelerating. so im out for tommorrow i'll be pulling the trans back out if i feel like it. you kidz have fun!!

Just throwing this out there cause Im down in va....traffics on 95s around springfield to fairfax county pkwy usually sucks even on sundays.

And if you guys dont wanna eat with the jar-heads (meant affectionatly of course ), we can stop in woodbridge at ex158 as theres lots of food joints there and I think its the 1st one we come to is a wendys with a huge parking lot on the right side of the road.

Also you can actually drive right onto the quatico base itself since its pretty wierd to explain but there is a civilian town right in the middle of it. I dont know why or how it works but I went there to go to the gun shop(which has good deals on assault rifles ) they have there it looks like kind of a nice "mayberry" looking town with on street parking. Just some fyi if anyones interested.

Ron, we wont be going 95S by Springfield, we'll be going out 66 to 234 to 95S just north of the museum, I will be going home 95N so I hope the mixing bowl is clear then

Yea im new to the site just checkin yall out ill be at the museum and if you guys are into long rides i know southern va like the back of my hand could meet up in dahlgren sometime across from the bridge from maryland and ride down through colonial beach to montross to tappahanock to 17 and come back down towards dahlgren va for a long counrty ride through southern va make a few stops through there jus might be an easy country ride just think about it check it out on mapquest.com lets see what you all think long ride but just a interseting ride i usually take when im not going to key west and back lol.... just an idea feel free to shoot it... down lol no worries

thanks carlos. just trying to get motivated again to fix it. i was so excited to finally get my clutch taken care of. went into gear perfect and very smooth clutch engagement car felt great. than 20 minutes later something else wants to break. probably something i forgot to check on the transmission or the transmission just happened to grenade after i removed it and put it back in i dont know im ready to go back to work now on monday

Good Idea but I think we are too clase to game time for any changes. I will be hooking up with you guys once you hit VA let me know when you are near by. Hey Juan, do you have my cell phone number so you can hit me up. I think I can meet you guys somewhere on RT 66.
