So Juan, is the first stop actually in Burtonsville? I'm sort of confused as to where exactly we're meeting from 9:00-10am. Thanks!

So what is the exact schedule? I'd love to make it, but I have kickball in DC Sunday at 3. Think I can cruise with you guys, then skip out for kickball?

Anyone know if there is a nice pull-off pic spot by the Manassas National Battle Park? Looks like we'll go right by it....

Also, anyone familiar with area want to take lead or we all following the lost Rican .......

yeh, the meet spot IS the first stop, its were they have the Holy Donut cruise-in so we'll be able to check out some classics in the AM B4 heading south..........and again, I am not familiar with where we are cruisin, feedback has is it that 66 - 234 will be cool, threw it out there when the VA cruise theme came up and I dont think we'll have any VA cruisers other than Juan...oh well

The USMC museum is to get some tourist stuff while adding the miles, should be nice, website looks nice....

And I'm sure this isn't anything special, but I have nav, so if you'd need me on the radio or up front, no problem.

I dont have an addy but its near the Rt198 / Rt 29 intersection..........

Sunday morning cruise to the USMC Museum down in the Dumfries/Quantico area on April 26th......

We can meet up at the Burtonsville/Holy Donut cruise @ 9am, check out all the rides at the cruise and leave there around 10am. Its about an 1 1/2 hour drive to Dumfries so if we make a photo stop or a meet stop for any VA Stangs, we can be at the Museum around 12-1230pm. Museum looks pretty big so we can easily kill at least 2-3 hours there. It looks like they have food on site and a liitle pub for a quick sandwich or drinks for those not wanting to walk around....

This was the RT I was looking at, 95S - 66W- 234 - 95S,

Burtonsville, MD

1. Head north on Columbia Pike 0.2 mi
2. Make a U-turn 0.4 mi
3. Turn left at MD-198/Old Columbia Pike/Sandy Spring Rd
Continue to follow MD-198/Sandy Spring Rd 2.1 mi
4. Take the ramp onto I-95 S 5.6 mi
5. Take exit 27 to merge onto I-495 N toward Silver Spring
Entering Virginia 22.8 mi
6. Take exit 49 to merge onto I-66 W toward Front Royal/Manassas 20.6 mi
7. Take exit 44 for VA-234 toward Manassas/Dumfries 0.9 mi
8. Merge onto Rte-234 Byp/VA-234 Byp 8.1 mi
9. Slight left at Dumfries Rd/VA-234 13.7 mi
10. Merge onto I-95 S via the ramp to Richmond 2.6 mi
11. Take exit 150A toward Triangle/VA-619/Quantico 0.4 mi
