Prince Frederic Ford
I'm sorry to anyone that works or is associated with them.
Due to a mistake by the sales associate (Woody) there is a $1700.00 short fall. Woody had called Chrysler financial to get the pay off of my 2005 Dodge Dakota. After giving Woody all my personal information and all the Dakota’s information he was given the wrong pay off amount. This happened on March 3, 2009. On March 18, 2009 Prince Frederick Ford once again contacted Chrysler financial about the payoff amount. Woody then contacted myself and stated I needed to come up with the $1700.00. Prince Frederick Ford also stated they had sold the Dodge Dakota and that the only resolution was for me to pay the money. I know that in Maryland you cannot sell a vehicle with out the title and the lean release. As of March 23, 2009 the Dodge Dakota had still not been paid for. On March 24, 2009 I had to drop the Mustang I had purchased off to get the roof repaired do to a dent in the metal on the roof which was caused when the Teflon coat was put on the vehicle. One of the managers named “Tim” had stated to me “you know you owe us the money ($1700.00) regardless if it is our fault or not”. I find this hard to believe that I would owe Prince Frederick Ford this type of money due to the lack of job knowledge by the sales associate. I love the Mustang that I am in however at this time with the economy the way it is I would find it hard to refer anyone to purchase from this dealer.

Re: Prince Frederic Ford
i dont think there is anything they can do to you. all you have to do is say, "fine, take the car and give me my truck back" they dont have your truck to give back so they have no ground to stand on. Thats my .02
