4/4/09 DC Cherry Blossom Parade - with NCRMC

If anyone is interested in joing NCRMC for the DC Cherry Blossom Parade post up here or PM me and I will forward info/passes........you have to enter at Independence Avenue at 7th Street by 815AM....
