Never drive my car in the rain unless it catches me off guard....I guess you can call my car a fair weather Vehicle...

I use Armorall tire gell and it doesnt fling. However I don't cake it on, I work it into a clean dry tire, so it soaks in. I also don't do more than one coat.

i bought some too but i cant remember the name. its basically spray plastic. When its dry and you wipe your finger across it the smear just disappears back into a smooth shine.

I also have used the Armor All tire gel since the Stang was new without ever having it fling off the tires. I would put one coat on and use the rag to wipe it in good. Except for shows, I don't care for the wet look all the time. Esp after a few days and the car gets dirty, but the tires are still super shiny!
Here is the way I like my tires to look

That is $.50 less per can than the four case deal so it'd be worth a shot. Provided it's decent stuff and we need 96 cans Hopefully the two to three weeks it is to last will continue to look decent after a few washes during that time without needing to reapply it. The Armor All gel lasts about 3-4 washes before I need to put more on.
