NVMC "Crab Cake Cruise" 8-23-09

Ok Patriot Stangers, here is a great opportunity to hook up with the NVMC for a cruise and lunch! The tour will start in Chantilly, VA to Manassas then I believe south to 301 over to Calvert County and end up at Stoney's Kingfisher for lunch. I work night shift that night, but I should be able to attend this cruise. Those who would be interested in joining are more than welcome and you can add your name/how many people/car here and I'll update the thread.



The date has been
ironed out and is official now. The crab cake cruise will be on Sunday
August 23rd. This is the day after Excessive's Dyno Day. More details
to come in the next few days. Expect an AM Meeting however so we can
secure some parking down there.

As far as whose invited: While we of course encourage Mustangs and plan
to keep them lined up together in a convoy style for the cruise, all
vehicles are welcome(Just please bring one that has a bit of range so
we're not stopping for gas alot). Its a family cruise, all NVMC Rules
on group drives are going to be in place and we hope to see you on the
cruise.

First Meet up location from the NW side of VA will be the Expo Center
in the morning. Second Location will be near Excessive Motorsports in
Manassas before we make the run down to 95 South. Times to come.
Details to come. We will be doing a informal cruise back as well on a
different route in the afternoon.

The final destination is Solomons MD in Calvert County. Stoney's Kingfisher will be lunch. http://www.stoneysseafoodhouse.com/
For those who *shudder* don't like see food(see dictionary under
communist or deranged) they do have landbased food as well(Burgers
chicken etc.)Feel free to call me if you have any questions and I'll
field them around work.

I am taking this day off to relax. Don't know if I am gonna make a cruise, but I would love to go. I guess it depends when we get home after the show Saturday.
