I moved the chat box to the top because I think the reason it dosnt get used is that everyone forgets about it, every time I go onto the NJ Stangers there are people in the chat box, and they have it at the top, so lets see how it goes.

ok, that sounds good, I know the reason i don't use it is because im more of a sniper on the board, show up shoot a post and leave, hope it gets used more.
